CINEBOWL MEMBERSHIP terms and conditions from 14th March 2018

Introduction

2.1 Griffith City Cinemas (ABN 76 907 110 813) & Star Bowling (ABN 15675714680) & Family Funland (ABN 17 739 178 577) runs a membership program (Cinebowl) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
2.2 By Joining the Cinebowl Membership program you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any variations to them.
2.3 If you are an employee of Griffith City Cinemas or Star Bowling or Family Funland, you are not eligible to participate in any competitions connected with the Cinebowl Membership program.

Membership

2.1 To become a member of the Cinebowl membership program you will be required to supply various points of contact including email, mailing address and phone details.
2.2 Upon signing up you will be issued with a Cinebowl Membership card with you photo ID which is for your personal use only and is not transferable.
2.3 It is your responsibility to keep your Cinebowl Membership Card safe and must be presented at point of sale to receive the associated deals.
2.4 A fee of $10 (Ten) will be charged for lost or unusable card replacement.
2.5 Griffith City Cinemas & Star Bowling & Family Funland are entitled to regard the person presenting the Cinembowl Membership Card as the genuine cardholder and is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged Cinebowl Membership Cards or for any misdirected, lost or benefits not received.
2.6 Griffith City Cinemas & Star Bowling & Family Funland Cinebowl Membership Cards and associated vouchers remain the property of Griffith City Cinemas & Star Bowling at all times.
2.7 It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date.
2.8 At any point, members are able to change contact details at the POS by submitting an updated Cinebowl Membership application form.
2.9 Cinebowl Membership join up will cover to March 31st of the following calendar year of the Cinebowl Membership program. All membership benefits will cease until your Cinebowl Membership card is renewed at the point of sale.
2.10 Complimentary Movie tickets associated with the joining or renewal of membership ‘cannot’ be used on the day of joining or renewing your CineBowl card.
2.11 Free cinema ticket cannot be redeemed for special events and or cash. The free bowling game cannot be redeemed for league bowling games and or cash.

Termination or Alteration

3.1 Griffith City Cinemas & Star Bowling & Family Funland reserves the right at any time without notice to adjust or change prices relating to Cinebowl Membership where it (Griffith City Cinemas & Star Bowling & Family Funland) deems necessary.
3.2 Griffith City Cinemas & Star Bowling & Family Funland reserves the right to terminate a membership in any discovery of wrong doing by the cardholder.
